Andrew has 27 years of insurance experience and joined Ascot at its inception in 2001 as energy underwriter, with responsibility for purchasing the syndicate's reinsurance programme. He was promoted to Chief Underwriting Officer in 2005 and Chief Executive Officer in 2008. Andrew is a member of the Board and ACII qualified.
