Theo has 12 years experience in the insurance industry in both the broking and underwriting sectors and joined Ascot in 2006 as a Property Underwriter. In 2008 he was promoted to Class Underwriter to lead the London Property Account. Theo also sits on the Lloyd's Market Association Worldwide Property Business Panel.
