Rob qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in 1994. After a number of years in the insurance industry he joined Ascot in 2003 as Risk and MI Manager. He subsequently became Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to the Board in 2008. Rob is currently the Chief Operating Officer but also retains CFO responsibilities.
