Rob qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in 1994. After a number of years in the insurance industry he joined Ascot in 2003 as Risk and MI Manager and subsequently became Head of Finance. Rob was promoted to Finance Director in 2008 and is a member of the Board.
